Production GeneralistRequired Education: A high school diploma, equivalent work, or a combination of work, education, and military experience What you will need to have: Experience using a computer for data entry Proficiency in spoken and written English Ability to stand 95% of your shift and safely lift up to 40 pounds without assistance Must be able to reach above shoulders, climb, squat, kneel and bend often What would be great to have: 1 year of fast-paced production environment 1 year of emboss machine operating experience Duties and Responsibilities: You will join the team at our Indianapolis, IN location and receive training on our world class Emboss equipment, while maintaining high levels of confidentiality and efficiency to meet client Service Level Agreements. You will set up, run, and tear down the emboss machine that produces credit, debit, and prepaid credit cards while continuously performing quality control on your work. What you will do: Operate Emboss production machines manufactured by Entrust Run test cards to confirm the card magstripe and chip are activated Conduct quality control checks throughout the running of the job Make sure the cards and the attached mailers have clear print and are presentable for customers Clean up pod area and machine when day is done
