Machine Operator

Job TitleJob Description Education Requirement: A high school diploma or equivalentJob Requirements: Previous experience operating production or manufacturing equipment preferred. Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment preferred. Basic computer and data entry skills. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Basic math skills for production counts and quality verification. Ability to stand for up to 95% of the shift. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds without assistance. Must be able to reach overhead, bend, squat, kneel, and climb frequently.Job Summary: Operate and monitor plastic card production equipment to manufacture personalized credit and debit cards.

Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot production machinery to ensure efficient, high-quality output. Perform quality inspections to verify products meet customer specifications and job order requirements. Stage completed materials for warehouse pickup and shipping. Cross-train in multiple production departments and assist where needed based on production demands.

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while meeting productivity goals.
