Machine Operator II

Machine Operator IIPanasonic Energy is looking for a Machine Operator II. This role involves operating lithium-ion battery cell production machines within various departments, including clean-room environments. The Machine Operator II will also perform related machine and work area upkeep, material movement, conduct basic analysis, and maintain production logs. The individual must work and comply with safety working standards, practice, and all environmental regulations in addition to all company rules and policies.Essential duties include operating one or several lithium-ion battery cell production machines, identifying problems and minor troubleshooting, delivering materials to the production floor, analyzing, estimating workload and performing multi-tasking, assisting Maintenance Technicians in preventative maintenance procedures, monitoring processes, performing continuous image inspections and visual quality checks of the products, and adhering to company rules and policy.Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements include a full Tyvek suit, safety shoes, gloves, safety glasses, face mask, bump cap, and a full hazmat suit that includes a respirator.MUST-HAVES:High School Diploma, GED (General Education Development) or 2 years of manufacturing or equivalent experience1 year of manufacturing or equivalent experienceWorking-level knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking EnglishBENEFITS & PERKS – WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:Panasonic Energy prioritizes total well-being and offers comprehensive benefits options to support physical, emotional, financial, social, and environmental health.
