Machine Operator IIMcKinney, TX 75069OverviewSalary Range $17.00 Hourly Position Type Full Time Job Shift 1st ShiftDescriptionPosition SummaryThe Tube T-Nut Operator is responsible for operating the T-nut machine to properly install T-nuts into flanges in preparation for production. This role ensures accuracy in part selection, maintains material organization, and supports efficient production flow while keeping the work area clean, safe, and organized.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesOperate the Tube T-nut machine to insert T-nuts into flanges according to production requirementsVerify that the correct T-nut is installed in the appropriate flange based on size and specificationsPrint and apply labels to completed pallets as requiredWrap completed pallets securely for staging or transportGather and maintain required materials, including T-nuts and wrapping materials, to ensure efficient operationStore materials in designated containers and keep them properly closed and organized to prevent mixing of different T-nutsMove pallets within the assigned work area using approved manual handling methods, including pushing or pulling when necessaryMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with company standardsSupport overall production flow and assist with additional tasks as assigned by supervisionPerform all other duties as assignedQualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferredPrevious experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferredAbility to follow verbal and written instructionsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, bend, twist, squat, reach, push, and pull for the duration of the shiftAbility to perform repetitive tasksAbility to work in varying environmental conditionsAbility to lift and carry up to 40 poundsAbility to push and pull materials as requiredSafety RequirementsThe employee is required to follow all company safety policies and procedures at all times.
