Located in vibrant Atlanta, GA, this position offers you the chance to contribute to a global organization with endless opportunities for learning and growth.Job ResponsibilitiesPerform equipment setup, clean-ups, packaging, filling, labeling, maintenance, and other operational duties.Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) by maintaining cleanliness of production areas.Inspect incoming materials and finished goods, report non-conformances, and make minor corrections as needed.Operate multiple machines including fillers, cappers, robots, and casing equipment.Conduct line inspections and perform quality checks, completing all required documentation accurately.Adhere to all Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) requirements.Monitor computer terminals and client screens efficiently.RequirementsHigh School diploma or GED equivalent.Prior experience as a Production Operator.Good math and communication skills.Ability to read, write, and speak English.Valid forklift license with the ability to operate safely and efficiently.Ability to work a 10½ hour shift with overtime, including unpaid lunch.PreferencesExperience with operator control panels and automated casing equipment.Mechanical aptitude to sequence equipment for proper start-up and shutdown.Ability to identify line problems and employ corrective actions.Associate's degree or equivalent experience.1-2 years of relevant experience.Ready to make an impact in a dynamic and supportive environment?
