Machine OperatorWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining automated packaging equipment while ensuring product quality and production efficiency.ResponsibilitiesSet up, operate, and monitor automated machinery used in the production and packaging processFollow work orders, production schedules, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)Perform routine machine adjustments to maintain optimal performance and minimize downtimeInspect finished products to ensure quality standards and specifications are metTroubleshoot minor mechanical issues and escalate more complex problems to maintenanceMaintain accurate production records, including output, downtime, and scrapEnsure proper labeling, sealing, and packaging of finished goodsPerform routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance on equipmentFollow all safety guidelines, GMP standards, and company policiesMaintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 5S practicesAssist with material handling, including loading raw materials and moving finished productsQualificationsPrevious machine operating experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment preferredAbility to read and interpret work orders, instructions, and production documentsBasic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsStrong attention to detail and quality controlAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentGood communication and reliabilityPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periods of timeAbility to lift up to 50 lbs as neededFrequent bending, reaching, and repetitive motionsSchedule1st and/or 2nd shift availability (overtime may be required based on production needs)
