Make adjustments as necessary.Programming & Setup: Program and set up CNC machines for cutting, profiling, and stamping operations to optimize productivity and accuracy.Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance on machines, clean, lubricate, replace worn parts, and troubleshoot any issues.Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of production, machine settings, and quality checks.
Report any deviations to the supervisor.Safety & Compliance: Follow safety guidelines and regulations at all times, identifying potential hazards and mitigating risks.Continuous Improvement: Look for opportunities to improve processes, reduce waste, and enhance efficiency. Provide suggestions and work with the team to implement improvements.
