Machine OperatorWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting machinery to ensure efficient and safe production processes. The Machine Operator plays a key role in meeting production goals while maintaining product quality and workplace safety.Key Responsibilities:Set up and operate production machinery in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelinesMonitor machines during operation to detect malfunctions or issuesPerform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on equipmentRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work ordersEnsure finished products meet quality standards and specificationsRecord production data, including quantities produced, downtime, and maintenance performedMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow all company safety protocols and proceduresQualifications:Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine operation role preferredAbility to read technical documents and manualsBasic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periodsWillingness to work (shifts/weekends/overtime) as needed
