Apply your talents to:Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional areaOperate various types of CNC machines to produce parts conforming to print requirements, may include basic program adjustments to meet quality and schedule requirementsMaintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and proceduresCan simultaneously operate up to 4 machines when practical and necessaryPerforms basic daily maintenance or checks for machinesMaintain safety, quality, and standard proceduresMonitor tool life programQualifications:High school diploma/GED-recent grads welcome!1-2 years' industrial experience desired in production and quality control methods (ISO9001, AS9100 etc.) desiredPrevious experience in Lean Manufacturing implementation and production systems desiredMust read/write/speak English fluentlyComputer skills (MS Office) and experience in ERP systems preferredWorking knowledge of manufacturing principals and basic shop mathAbility to read and follow work orders, set up data sheets, and measurement instructionsKnowledge of hand tools and general inspection toolsDetail oriented with good time management and organization skillsLift 40 poundsWe support team members with:Offering a 4 x 10 schedule: Monday-Thursday, OT may be available on Fridays.
