Duties include but are not limited to: setting up the Coater, measuring painting parameters (wet film thickness, viscosity, temperature, roll speeds), adjusting the Coater following direction from QC Lab Tech, performing roll changes, cleaning painting equipment, moving paint drums in and out of the coater room, measuring and documenting paint usage information, entering data into Oracle.Qualifications:Minimum:High School diploma or equivalent (GED)One year of Manufacturing ExperienceKnowledge of basic hand and power toolsPreferred:6+ months of experience operating mobile equipment in a manufacturing environmentSkills & Competencies:Basic computer skillsTime Management – prioritizing work to meet internal and/or external customer demandsDetail Oriented – ensures accuracy of product and documentation to meet internal and/or external customer demandsGood communication skillsMobile equipment operations skillsNight Shift 5:45pm to 6amUp to $28/ hours with Night Shift PremiumThe preceding job responsibilities and tasks were designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by associates in this job.
