Machine OperatorWildPack Beverage is hiring a full-time hourly permanent Machine Operator for our Production Team at our brand-new facilities located in Baltimore, MD. At WildPack, we pride ourselves on the company culture we have and the fun and friendly environment that we work in.Key Responsibilities:Manage product transfers and filtration from one piece of the production equipment to brite tanksPerform quality checks both in the mixing vessels and brite tanks to ensure specifications are met as directed by the brand/recipeFill and package cans on our canning linesRun all manufacturing equipment (depalletizer, filler, cartoner, case packer, bundler, and palletizer)Perform Clean in Place (CIP) procedures on our equipmentTroubleshoot and perform minor maintenance on canning line equipmentInspects primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging components, codes, and products to ensure that product is packaged according to specificationsReports or records production and non-production data on designated forms in a timely, complete, and accurate mannerEnsure packaging is ready for productionPut together boxes/trays for cans to be shippedEnsure manufacturing orders are completed and properly packagedStack pallets of cans to be shipped outMaintain clean environmentPrioritize safety and qualityAbility to make decisions, problem solve and prioritize assignmentsWork in a team environment to ensure all goals are metAvailable Shifts:1st Shift: Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm2nd Shift: Monday - Friday 2:00pm - 10:30pm3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday 10:00pm - 6:30amYour Qualifications:Strong planning, cleaning and organizational skillsForklift operation experience would be a plusHigh School Diploma or GED requiredMust be able to move and maneuver 100+lbs, stand for long periods of time, bend, stoop, reach, twist and crouch repeatedly while working in a loud, fast paced environment.Your Benefits:Medical, Dental and Vision InsurancePaid Time OffWe are an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
