Machine Operator- HIRING ALL SHIFTS!!!
Position: Machine Operator
Shift: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift openings
Shift: $20-24/hr dependent on experience and shift Key Responsibilities
* Load metal rods into CNC machines and unload completed parts.
* Perform visual inspections using microscopes to identify defects.
* Measure parts using calipers and other measuring tools.
* Verify parts meet quality and dimensional specifications.
* Follow standard operating procedures and quality requirements.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
* Work with small components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
* 1 year of machine operation experience beyond basic machine tending.
* Ability to perform detailed visual inspections.
* Manufacturing or production experience in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong attention to detail and quality.
Work Environment
* Clean, well-lit manufacturing facility.
* Combination of cleanroom and non-cleanroom production areas.
* Standing for extended periods, with some opportunities to alternate between sitting and standing depending on the machine.
* Use of PPE including lab coats, hair nets, safety glasses, and masks in cleanroom areas.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hutchinson, MN. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $23.40/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
