Machinist / Machine OperatorLocation: Hutchinson, KansasWork Schedule:Expected work hours: Monday to Friday, 7:20 am to 4:00 pm.Anticipated workweek: 40 to 45 hours.Position DescriptionWe are currently seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join a manufacturing team. This full-time position involves a range of responsibilities, including operating processing cells, machining bores and pinholes using manual equipment, and assisting with various manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a commitment to maintaining product quality.General ResponsibilitiesMaintain product quality by adhering to processes and specifications.Handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Quickly learn and follow existing processes, systems, and methods.Assist in the development and implementation of new programs and systems.Demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills.Manufacturing & Inventory ControlOperate manufacturing cells, including the set-up and operation of automatic and semi-automatic grinding machines.Perform CNC and manual machining/EDM to enhance blade features.Become proficient in operating various processing equipment.Learn and excel in carbide blade brazing and blade tensioning/hammering processes.Gain a complete understanding of manufacturing and inventory control processes.Provide guidance to management on inventory status and accuracy.Maintain, clean, and service equipment and facilities on a regular schedule, documenting all activities.Shipping and ReceivingPackage products as required.Perform receiving and shipping tasks and processes as needed.Contact us at or email your resume to Express?
