You will stay active and on the move rotating into various stations in this fast-paced environment assembling Ventvisors, hood shields, floor mats, fender flares, storage boxes, and running boards options using drills, screw guns, rivet guns & more!Core FunctionsOperates machines to ensure continuous production at a constant rate of the correct product at high quality levels with minimal wasted time and materials throughout the entire shift and performing basic adjustments to ensure safe and efficient production of productsPerform in-process inspections of parts throughout the manufacturing run and ensure they meet visual standards of acceptanceResponsible for producing parts in the proper quantity as identified by the production schedulePerform necessary pre-operation activities to ensure proper equipment startupAdjust machine settings to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications and in a timely fashionPerform operational procedures to ensure the quality of the product packagedFollow and commit to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) for safety, quality, production, efficiency, and service requirementsEnsure daily production report data is reported correctly and up to dateRecognize defective materials for color, surface blemishes, finish, and dimensionsQualifications and RequirementsHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is requiredPrior experience operating manufacturing, packaging, and process control equipment preferredPhysical RequirementsThis position is subject to Medium Work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objectsRealTruck is the premier manufacturer and digital destination of accessories for truck, Jeep®, Bronco®, and off-road enthusiasts around the world.
