Machine OperatorThe Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring manufacturing equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. This role follows production schedules, performs routine equipment checks, and maintains a clean and organized work area while adhering to company safety and quality standards.Responsibilities:Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery according to established procedures.Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.Perform routine equipment adjustments and report mechanical issues to maintenance.Monitor machine performance and production output.Load raw materials and remove finished products from machines.Complete production records and maintain accurate documentation.Follow all safety policies, procedures, and company regulations.Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.Assist with machine changeovers and preventative maintenance as needed.Work with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred.Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety procedures.Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts as needed.
