Temp-to-hire opportunities are available, with potential pay increases after permanent hire.Job Responsibilities:Safely operate manufacturing and production equipmentSupport oven, extraction, and winding operationsMove materials throughout the production processMonitor product quality and meet production standardsMaintain a safe and clean work environmentRequirements:Manufacturing, machine operator, or production experience preferredMechanical aptitude and ability to operate production equipment safelyOverhead/hoist crane experience is a plusAbility to stand, bend, walk, and lift throughout the shiftStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityReliable transportation and attendance requiredAvailable Shifts:2nd Shift 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM (8-hour shift)6:30 PM – 7:00 AM (12-hour shift)Weekends and overtime as needed3rd Shift 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM (8-hour shift)Weekends and overtime as neededDuration: Temp to hire after probationary period
