Machine OperatorNesco Resource is hiring for our client in the Southern Tier of New York!Shift: 5:45 PM – 6:00 AMSchedule: Rotating shifts with every other weekend offPay: Starting at $20 per hourResponsibilities:Set up the lines at the beginning of the shift.Manage the speed and quality of the linesMake proper adjustments to the lines, as needed.Assemble and disassemble water belts, conveyors, pumpsFilter changesMonitor weights of productsAbility to determine when and how to shutdown linesRecommends suggestions for improvementRequired to read, understand, and follow all customer specificationsChangeoversCleaning of lines and full allergen cleansEffective training of new or current team membersMonitors and tracks productivity/quality and looks for opportunities to maximize line effectivenessResponsible for monitoring, tracking, and completing all paperwork associated with consumptionsFollows and ensures that all GMP rules and regulations are followed on the linesAssist in all positions involved in the line as needed or directed by managementOther duties as assigned by managementCOM035Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
