Sales are up, so we are actively seeking new team members to meet the continually growing demand.ResponsibilitiesSet up, operate, and monitor machines used for cutting, shaping, drilling, or finishing chair partsLoad raw materials and components into machines safely and accuratelyAdjust machine settings and tooling to meet production specificationsInspect finished parts for quality, accuracy, and adherence to specificationsPerform routine machine maintenance, cleaning, and minor troubleshootingDocument production quantities, machine performance, and maintenance activitiesReport equipment malfunctions, defects, or safety hazards to supervisors immediatelyFollow all safety procedures and wear required PPECollaborate with production team members to maintain workflow and meet daily production goalsMaintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with 5S and safety standardsAny other job duties assignedRequirementsMust be 18 years of ageHigh school diploma or GED preferredPrevious experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment preferredAbility to read and interpret work orders, specifications, and technical drawingsStrong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and quality control awarenessAbility to work independently and in a team environmentBasic math skills for measurements and machine adjustmentsCompetitive Benefits:401(k)Weekly PayProfit SharingLow-deductible medical insuranceDental and vision plansLife insuranceShort-term disability and Long-term disabilityReferral programPaid holidaysOnsite Medical ClinicDavis provides an excellent, drug free working environment and is an EOE/including disability/vets employer.
