Machine Operator Helper – West Bend, WisconsinOur customer in West Bend, Wisconsin is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. They’re recruiting Machine Operator Helpers to work full-time on the 1st shift. As a Machine Operator Helper, you will assist with operating CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.
This role involves material handling, setup support, quality checks, and routine machine maintenance to keep production running smoothly.Responsibilities of the Machine Operator Helper:Help operate and monitor CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications.Load raw materials and assist with machine setup for production runs.Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality.Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines.Interpret and follow technical blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.Identify and troubleshoot minor machine or quality issues.Maintain a clean and safe work environment.Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.Machine Operator Helper Requirements and Qualifications:H.S. diploma or GEDExperience working in a manufacturing environment previously and/or as a machine operator.Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy materials, and perform repetitive tasks.Pay for Machine Operator Helper: $17-$18/hour.Machine Operator Helper Benefits:Health insurance.Paid time off.401k with company match.Paid weekly.Direct deposit.Paid training.Type: 1st Shift, Full-time.Schedule: Monday – Friday from 6:00am – 2:30pm.
