Machine OperatorFlexible Metal Inc is seeking Machine Operators whose primarily responsible is to operate machinery to run parts for production meeting productivity and quality standards.Base pay: $18.00/hourSchedule: Monday – Thursday, 5AM – 3:30PM, overtime and weekends as neededPerform all duties in a safe and efficient manner adhering to company safety policiesInspect parts for proper dimensions and visual defects as well as assist in identifying the cause of errors and other defectsObserve continuous operation of machines to ensure products meet quality specifications and detect jams or malfunctions and report them to the Team LeadAccurately complete proper documentation for each operationMust make clean and effective hand-offs from shift-to-shiftComplete basic tasksFollow directions and work well in a teamThorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn production equipmentAdhere to all company policiesMaintains regular and predictable attendanceOther duties as assigned
