Machine OperatorAs a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating production filling lines in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. Your role includes ensuring product specifications and quality standards are met, documenting activities as per GMP requirements, and maintaining a safe and orderly work environment.Responsibilities:Reference the work order to set up the production line appropriately.Lead the process for setting up the production filling lines and operating machinery as per guidelines.Facilitate and lead adjustments to settings, making repairs as necessary to maintain product quality.Document activities accurately using Product History Records (PHRs).Ensure quality checks for bottles placed on the line.Monitor product filling and packaging equipment for effective operation.Make necessary adjustments to ensure correct fill levels.Communicate any substandard products to manufacturing leaders.Ensure correct raw materials are used during production runs.Complete and report all documentation and production logs.Troubleshoot filling equipment issues efficiently.Meet and exceed production requirements based on line capacity.Establish and maintain work pace to meet production goals.Assist in training other manufacturing personnel.Adhere to all quality and safety procedures per company and OSHA standards.Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work area.Operate forklift and pallet lift as needed.Essential Skills:3+ years of manufacturing or production experience.Experience operating a machine or machine line.Proficient in using hand and power tools for light troubleshooting.Additional Skills & Qualifications:Experience in machine set-ups or change overs.Experience as a chemical operator is a plus.Why Work Here?Our company has been growing rapidly, having acquired five companies over the past eight years.
