Machine Operator

Machine OperatorOur client, a leader in the beverage production industry, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.What's the Job?Adhere to all health and safety policies/procedures, including wearing required PPE in warehouse or production areas.Ensure compliance with food quality and safety standards as per corporate, customer, and governing body requirements.Read, understand, and follow production manufacturing schedules, communicating issues or deviations promptly.Maintain production flow by monitoring machinery, supplying raw materials, and performing minor servicing as needed.Perform equipment changeovers, record production and quality data accurately, and assist with sanitation and general maintenance tasks.What's Needed?Experience in a high-speed production environment preferred.Ability to understand and interpret gauges, thermometers, and weight measurements.Basic mathematical skills and attention to detail.Formal training in WHIMIS, HACCP, Hygiene, or related areas is a plus.Forklift certification may be required.What's in it for me?Opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing manufacturing environment.Gain valuable experience in food safety and quality standards.Collaborate with a diverse and dedicated team.Develop skills in machinery operation and maintenance.Be part of a company committed to safety and continuous improvement.Upon completion of waiting period, associates are eligible for:Medical and Prescription Drug PlansDental PlanSupplemental Life InsuranceShort Term Disability Insurance401(k)
