Machine Operator - GraveyardCanby, OR | Full-Time | Union PositionEarn over $25/hour and over $80,000/year, bonuses, overtime opportunities, and weekly pay.Pay Progression including wage progression and shift differential:• $21.50/hour starting rate - first 90 days• Average after 90 days $24-28/hour through daily incentive pay• Additional wage progression over 5 years starting after 90 days ($.67/hour increasing to $2.77/hour)• Additional $.75/hour graveyard shift differential• February 2027 guaranteed wage increase and $750 retention bonusAdditional Earnings:• Overtime opportunities• Quarterly bonus up to 4%Total annual average earnings is over $80,000/yearBenefits:• Medical, dental, vision, life, home/auto purchase benefit, and HSA• 401(k) with automatic company contributions and company match opportunity• Paid holidays, vacation, parental leave and sick time• Company-paid uniforms, safety shoes and PPE• Fitness reimbursement• Free battery program• Advancement opportunitiesSchedule:11:30 pm - 8:00 am Monday (starts Sunday night) - Friday, must be available to work daily overtime and weekends as needed.What You'll Do:• Operate semi-automated production machines to manufacture automotive batteries in a fast-paced environment• Make machine adjustments, troubleshoot equipment issues, and perform operator preventative maintenance• Conduct visual inspections and required quality checks• Operate pallet jacks• Maintain schedule and inventory accuracy, keep accurate records of production and defects• Follow all safety, quality, environmental, and production standardsQualifications:• 1+ year of assembly or similar experience in manufacturing environment preferred• Basic computer, reading, writing and math skills• Ability to work daily overtime up to 12 hours and weekends as needed• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and work in an industrial environment• Ability to wear required PPE• Successful completion of pre-employment background check, physical, drug screen, and employment eligibility verificationOther Experience We ConsiderAssembly, Assembler, Production Associate, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Machine Helper, Industrial, Agriculture, Farming, Food Processing, Glass Manufacturing, Window and Door Assembly.About Clarios:For more than 50 years, our Canby facility has manufactured automotive batteries.
