Machine Operator - 1st Shift | $18.20/hr

We're urgently hiring Machine Operators for a growing company in the Grand Ledge, MI area. This is a great opportunity to earn weekly pay, build your manufacturing skills, and potentially transition into a full-time position.
Pay: $18.20/hour
Hours: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM-3:30 PM (Fridays are overtime!)
Your Day-to-Day:
* Operate press equipment to produce fiberglass components
* Load materials and monitor machines throughout production
* Inspect finished parts for quality
* Make minor equipment adjustments as needed
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment
* Package finished products when needed
You're a Great Fit If You:
* Have previous manufacturing experience, preferred but not required
* Can periodically lift up to 60 lbs.
* Are comfortable standing throughout your shift
* Have a strong eye for quality and detail
* Are dependable, safety-minded, and ready to work as part of a team
