Machine Operators WantedWe are hiring Machine Operators to join a fast-paced manufacturing facility. This hands-on role involves operating and supporting die casting machinery, performing basic machine maintenance, inspecting finished products, and maintaining safe, efficient production in a team-oriented environment.Shift Schedule1st Shift: 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM / 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM / 3:00 PM - 1:30 AMNote: Mandatory overtime may be required. The facility currently operates 7 days per week, providing consistent hours and opportunities to earn additional overtime pay.ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor die casting and manufacturing equipmentLoad aluminum ingots into production machinesPerform basic machine maintenance, including lubrication, oiling, and cleaningRemove metal shavings using compressed air toolsPerform visual quality inspections of finished partsComplete minor finishing work, including filing and deburringRemove scrap material and maintain a clean, organized work areaMove finished products to designated staging areasCross-train in multiple production areas as neededFollow all safety procedures, quality standards, and company policiesQualificationsRequired:Minimum 1 year of manufacturing, production, or machine operation experienceAbility to lift 25 lbs.
