With a combined legacy of resilience, Magnera will build personal partnerships that withstand an ever-changing world.ResponsibilitiesOperate Hammermills and Bico Towers.Inspect raw materials before loading to prevent contaminationPractice First-In, First-Out (FIFO) when loading raw materialsComputer software understandingClear jams on Hammermills and Bico TowersInvolved in quality investigations surrounding contamination and metal.Maintain the pucketizer in bico roomInspect Forklifts dailyRecyclable product disposal, including cardboardReplenish bico, pulp and other supplies necessaryEnsure all tools are on the shadow boardInspect raw materials before loading to prevent contaminationResponsible for housekeeping in the pulp, bico and pucketizer areaCommunicate with team members as needed, including a shift hand-off with previous and oncoming operator on shift review and planningOther duties as assignedQualifications1-3 years of manufacturing experience preferredKnowledge and experience with GMP principles.
