Bakerly is seeking a Machine Operator to support our French-inspired bakery production. In this role, you will set up, operate, and monitor packaging and baking machinery to produce crepes, brioches, and other baked goods. You’ll follow production schedules, adjust machine settings, and perform routine quality checks to ensure consistent texture, flavor, and presentation.
Responsibilities include basic equipment maintenance, safe handling of ingredients, accurate documentation of production data, and adherence to food safety and sanitation standards. You’ll work closely with a friendly, collaborative team, with opportunities to grow as Bakerly’s brand continues to expand.
