You'll be:Operating CNC machines and automated production equipmentSetting and adjusting tooling and fixtures as neededUsing robotic systems to load and unload componentsMonitoring operations such as drilling, grooving, turning, and threadingUsing precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, dial indicators) to ensure product qualityIdentifying and correcting minor machine or quality issuesMoving and staging materials with a fork truck as neededPracticing safe work habits and maintaining a clean work areaPerforming routine maintenance and reporting nonconformitiesThis job might be an outstanding fit if you:Have experience or ability to read and follow complex technical instructionsPossess strong basic math skills (fractions, decimals, metrics, algebra)Demonstrate a problem-solving mindset and are willing to communicate issuesCan obtain and maintain a fork truck operator licenseAre able to stand for 8–10 hour shifts and lift 20–40 lbs throughout the shiftAre comfortable working mandatory overtime and in a loud, non-climate-controlled settingWhat happens nextOnce you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
