Operators are responsible for safely running production equipment, monitoring product quality, and supporting the flow of materials through the manufacturing process.ResponsibilitiesOperate equipment such as granulators, extruders, grinders, balers, augers, and hoggers.Sort and process plastic materials according to production requirements.Monitor equipment performance and product quality.Maintain a clean and safe work area.Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.QualificationsManufacturing, production, plastics processing, or recycling experience preferred.Experience with granulators and extruders is a strong plus.Ability to work independently after training.Reliable attendance and strong attention to safety.PPE RequiredSafety glasses, hearing protection, steel-toed boots, and additional eye protection as required.Training Provided.
