Our client is seeking motivated Machine Operators to join their growing manufacturing team!Job Title: Machine OperatorLocation: Eustis, FLPay: $20-22 / hourNight Shift: Monday - Thursday 7:00pm to 7:00am + OT FridayWhat's the Job?Operate and monitor industrial manufacturing equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines.Adjust machine settings such as temperature, airflow, and other parameters to achieve optimal results.Perform product quality inspections and record test results using a touchscreen quality management system.Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to maintain operational efficiency.Load, fill, and manually transport raw material containers and finished product bags while maintaining quality and safety standards.Collaborate with production and quality control teams to identify and resolve process issues promptly.Operate a forklift and hoist as neededWhat's Needed?High school diploma or equivalent.Minimum of 1-year previous experience operating industrial manufacturing equipment.Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control standards.Ability to read and interpret technical documents and equipment manuals.Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks as required.Ability to lift up to 50 lbsPrior forklift experience preferred but not requiredWhat's in it for me?Opportunity to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment.Engagement in a safety-focused workplaceChance to develop technical skills and advance within the organization.Supportive team environment committed to your success.
