This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in detail-focused production settings.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate molding machines to produce high-precision componentsTrim and de-gate parts using fine hand toolsInspect parts using magnification tools and microscopesIdentify and report defects or irregularitiesPackage finished components to specificationComplete basic production and quality documentationQualificationsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityExcellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordinationAbility to maintain consistent production pace and quality standardsComfortable performing repetitive, detail-focused tasksBasic math skillsPositive attitude, dependability, and willingness to learn1st Shift -$17.00/hr. – 7:40 am to 4:10 pm2nd Shift-$20.00/hr.
