You'll be:Setting up, operating, and monitoring highly complex converting machines to meet production schedules and quality standards.Identifying, troubleshooting, and reporting mechanical or electrical issues, performing basic adjustments, and escalating maintenance concerns as needed.Inspecting product output throughout the production process to ensure compliance with customer and company specifications.Accurately recording and maintaining production data in designated software systems.Maintaining an organized and efficient work area, managing workflow to support smooth machine operation and production continuity.Collaborating with production leadership to achieve performance objectives and participating in continuous improvement initiatives and special assignments as needed.This job might be an outstanding fit if you:Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required).Bring 4–6 years of machine operation experience (preferred).Possess basic mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting.Have previous experience in a corrugated manufacturing facility (preferred).Can read, interpret, and follow standard operating procedures, work instructions, and safety guidelines.Demonstrate reliable attendance and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime as needed.Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented production environment.Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, initiative, and attention to detail.Are able to meet specific speed and productivity quotas.Are physically able to stand for prolonged periods, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive hand movements.Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
