Come join our team and help us continue our history of success!What will you be doing in the Machine Operator?As the Machine Operator, you will have the opportunity to help our business meet production targets by consistently producing high-quality interior finishing products. This Machine Operator position will report directly to the Production Supervisor and will be a member of the Metrie Manufacturing team.

The role will be based in our Orlando facility.At a high-level, you will:Produce products to meet work order specifications while meeting high standard of qualityOperate our machinery and equipment to the specifications of the manufacturerSupport plant continuous improvement initiativesEnsure daily production continuously meets requirements of IFOTIS (In full, On Time, In Spec)Participate in cross-training with other departments on the production line to further your skillsetsUnderstand and apply our health and safety policies and regulationsAvailable Shift: Monday to Friday 7:30AM to 4:30PMWho You AreHave Prior Door machinery Operator ExperienceAre comfortable operating machinery and standing/walking for long periodsHave a positive attitude, lead by example, and are respectful towards your team membersUnderstand the importance of health and safety at work and can follow instructionsPhysical DemandsFrequent: WalkingOccasional: Standing in the same locationConstant: StandingLifting: Floor to waist, waist to floorPushing / Pulling: Frequent when relocating production cartsHand to eye coordination and dexterity: Picking, pinching, holding, grasping, and repetitive rotationCome work with us!
