Deburr Technician
Pay: Up to $20/hr (DOE)
Schedule: Monday - Friday |5:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Are you looking to grow your career in a high-precision machine shop? We are seeking a detail-oriented Deburr Technician to ensure our machined parts meet the highest quality standards. This is a full-time, day-shift role perfect for someone with 1-2 years of manufacturing experience ready to take the next step. Key Responsibilities
* Precision Finishing: Use hand tools, power tools, and abrasives to remove burrs and sharp edges from machined parts.
* Quality Inspection: Visually and dimensionally inspect parts to ensure they match blueprints and engineering drawings.
* Blueprint Reading: Follow work instructions and routers to meet strict tolerances and "GDT" requirements.
* Careful Handling: Move and stage critical parts carefully to prevent surface damage.
* Team Support: Communicate with Quality and Machining leads to identify and report any non-conforming parts.
What You Bring
* Experience: 1-2 years in a machine shop or deburring environment.
* Technical Skill: Ability to use files, scrapers, and air tools.
* Detail-Oriented: A "quality-first" mindset with a focus on consistency.
* Physical Ability: Comfortable standing for shifts and lifting up to 30 lbs.
Work Environment
* Fast-paced, modern manufacturing facility.
* Consistent schedule with overtime available to help meet production goals.
