Pay Rate: $16.00 - $17.60 per hour ($16/hr. + 10% shift differential)
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 3 PM - 11:30 PM | Overtime as needed

The Operator learns and operates CNC Machines and machining centers. The Operator also applies basic knowledge of machine shop theory and procedures, shop mathematics, machinability of materials, and layout techniques.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Prior manufacturing experience is a plus
• Willingness to learn machining concepts, shop mathematics, and blueprint reading

Experience Requirements

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or machine operation environments preferred
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Good work ethic and dependable attendance required

• Interest in developing a career as a CNC Machinist
• Mechanical aptitude and desire to learn machining equipment and processes
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequent bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly
• Capable of working safely in a manufacturing environment

Job Duties

• Learn CNC machining fundamentals, industrial math, and blueprint reading
• Receive hands-on training from experienced trainers and team leaders
• Load raw materials and unload finished parts from CNC machines
• Perform basic deburring and finishing operations
• Assist with sawing, drilling, machining, and material handling activities
• Learn the safe operation of lathes, milling machines, routers, and related equipment
• Follow production schedules, work instructions, and operating procedures
• Inspect work and maintain quality standards
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to support production goals
