Vibe Machine Operator- Night ShiftOur top client, in Farmers Branch/Dallas has several Manufacturing positions. We are seeking a Vibe Machine Operator for the night shift.Responsibilities:Understand VIBE operation process and follow VIBE work instructions and production scheduleCheck/unload parts to and from dunk tank and to cart/plateReplace rust preventative solutionPerform hourly safety and quality checksExamine parts for acceptabilityCleanup and 5S of area as neededAssist in other cells as requested by leadershipQualifications:Previous work in a manufacturing environment preferredAbility to read, write and comprehend basic work instructions, short correspondence and memosMathematical aptitude and ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure including whole numbers, common fractions and decimalsComfortable to stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, use hands lift and/or move 10 lbs regularly and up to 33 lbs occasionalUse of vision including peripheral, color, distance, depth perception and ability to adjust focusComfortability in exposure to moving mechanical parts, strong fumes, loud noises and occasional extreme temperatures
