Job Title: Machine Operator - 1st shift 6-2:30pm M-F - $21.50-$22/hr
Job Description
As a Machine Operator, you will operate winding machines, robotics, heat treatment, cooling, coating, stenciling/coning, and paint equipment with high proficiency to produce springs that meet quality standards and customer specifications. You will also be responsible for organizing and staging products for timely shipment to customers.
Responsibilities
* Set up and operate production cell equipment, including spring winding machines, robotics, ovens, paint, conveyors, and stencil/coning machines, to produce springs within customer and quality specifications, tolerances, and production schedule.
* Select robot program options according to production requirements.
* Monitor workflow through heat treatment, coating, and cooling processes.
* Change over and ensure proper tooling is used according to specifications.
* Unload finished products onto pallets and/or carts, ensuring proper quantities are in bundles and production is correctly identified with pallet identification.
* Select printing templates on stenciling machines.
* Utilize bar codes on work orders for stencil print and processing according to quality and customer specifications.
* Complete preventative maintenance, including testing, on machines and paint and conveyor systems to ensure proper operation, finish, and quality of the product.

The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.
