This is a hands-on production role responsible for operating and supporting production machines, handling materials, and maintaining quality and safety standards. This is a 4-day work week, Monday - Thursday, with steady hours and opportunities for overtime. Starting pay is $16.90/hour.Key Responsibilities:Operate and support production machines, including pultrusion, foam, and winder equipment.Perform material handling, including loading, stacking, and palletizing.Use pallet jacks and hand tools; operate a sit-down forklift if certified.Meet daily production goals while maintaining product quality.Follow all safety procedures and company standards.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Work extended hours and overtime as needed.Qualifications:Reliable attendance is very important.Ability to work as part of a team.Comfortable working in a hot, dusty, physical, and fast-paced industrial environment.Ability to lift 40+ lbs.Ability to stand and walk for the full shift and perform repetitive movements.Willingness to work overtime when needed.Ability to work around fiberglass and resin odors.
