Machine OperatorVolt is immediately hiring a Machine Operator in Colorado Springs, CO. As a Machine Operator you will:Set up and operate production machinery in accordance with established procedures and work instructionsOperate computer-controlled and manually controlled automated equipmentSelect, position, and secure materials and components for production processesMonitor machine performance and adjust machine settings to ensure quality and efficiencyComplete production tasks accurately and within required specificationsObserve and assist during equipment repairs and maintenance activities performed by TechniciansLearn and utilize precision measuring tools to verify product quality and specificationsPerform routine inspections and monitor equipment operation throughout the production processThis is a full-time, temp to hire position. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM.Machine Operator candidates must meet the following requirements:High School Diploma or GEDOne year of automation, machine operation, manufacturing, or production experience preferred but not requiredBasic computer skills and ability to enter data as requiredWillingness to learn automation processes, equipment operation, and precision measuring toolsPay for this position is $20.50/hr.
