You'll be:Operating and maintaining coating machines, ensuring optimal performance and qualityReading schedules to determine solutions and changeovers, and performing machine setups as neededObserving machines during operation to detect defects, making necessary adjustments, and performing quality checksHandling material movement (loading, unloading, packing, and transporting) using carts, pallet jacks, and forkliftsCleaning machines and equipment between runs, with occasional confined space entryRecording production run quantities, following SOPs, and conducting QA testing using computer equipmentAssisting other operators, cross-training on equipment, and supporting other departments as neededThis job might be an outstanding fit if you:Have a high school diploma or GED (required)Bring manufacturing experience and/or mechanical aptitude (preferred)Possess intermediate computer skills and strong attention to detailCan comply with a 100% non-smoking campus policy and complete a respiratory clearance exam (as needed)Are available for 2nd shift and overtime/weekend work as requiredOnce you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
