Machine Operator

Machine OperatorSummary: Operate and maintain printers, perform basic maintenance, prepare machines for production, and media blast printed parts according to job specifications. Ensure parts are properly cleaned, powder-free, and meet quality standards.As a Machine Operator you will:· Operate, maintain, and prepare 3D MJF printers, processing stations, and build units for production.· Work closely with Project Technicians, Machine Technicians, Leads, and the Finishing Department.· Ensure printers meet uptime and productivity (OEE) requirements.· Perform media blasting and post-processing tasks according to job sheets and drawings.· Inspect parts for quality, verify features, and identify defects.· Report equipment issues and notify leads of any questionable parts.· Maintain equipment, media levels, and a clean work area.· Follow all safety procedures and promote a positive team environment.· Assist with various production activities and other duties as assigned.This is a full-time opportunity.The ideal candidate will have:A High School diploma or equivalent is required.Manufacture experience.Minimum of 1-3 year or related experience preferred.Ability to read, understand, and execute work with detailed job instructions.Solid technical attributes.Excellent attention to detail.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Great organizational skills.Beginning Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).Ability to multitask.Able to accomplish tasks without constant supervision.Must be able to work as part of a team as well as independently.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAble to pass a drug test and a background check.Monday to Friday shifts availableOther shifts and positions are also availableSchedule: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Overtime may be required) Days: Monday through Friday Pay: $21.00 per hour*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
