Manufacturing Machine OperatorAs a Manufacturing Machine Operator, you will load machines with material, enter data into machines computer controls, inspect and monitor machine and adjust inputs, pressures, and speeds to maintain quality. This is a contract-to-hire position.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate manufacturing and production machinery safely and efficientlyLoad raw materials and monitor machine performanceAdjust machine settings, speed, pressure, and controls as neededTrack production counts, material usage, and operational dataPerform quality inspections, including measurements, weights, and visual checksIdentify and report production or equipment issuesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaFollow all manufacturing and workplace safety proceduresOperate a forklift after completing company-provided certificationRequired QualificationsPrevious machine operator, manufacturing, production, or industrial experience requiredAbility to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentAbility to lift up to 50 pounds regularlyAbility to stand for extended periods and climb stairs as neededWillingness to obtain Fork Truck (Forklift) CertificationHigh school diploma or GED equivalentStrong communication skills and ability to follow written instructions in EnglishPreferred QualificationsPrevious Forklift operating experience is a plusBenefits Upon Hire401(k) with company matchMedical insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceLife insurancePaid time offEmployee referral programScheduleTraining / Temp-to-Hire Phase you will work the following schedule alternating between day and night shift every other week:Week One: Monday – Thursday 6:50 AM – 6:50 PMWeek Two: Monday – Thursday 6:50 PM – 6:50 AMUpon Permanent Hire Employees transition to a DuPont shift schedule, which provides flexibility and extended time.
