Job TitleThis position is responsible for inspecting and packing quality product in a safe, efficient and quality manner.Essential Duties IncludeRespond to /and operate machinesIdentify serious problems for maintenanceAssemble and pack boxes with light-weight packaging components consisting of lids and tubsPlace boxes of finished goods on skids approximately 24 times per hourOn occasion (up to approximately 6 times per hour) lift cases weighing up to 30lbs. to a height of 6 ft. to put on skidsPush boxes into case sealerDeliver materials to machines (inserts, film, color, resin, etc.)Inspect product as per quality standards and pack boxesApply proper labels and identification codes to boxes of productComplete traceability forms and record production data, enter data into computer, verify that correct labels are applied to boxes and production information is correct.Perform online quality checksMaintain a clean and organized work areaPerform c/o in a timely manner following procedures and work instructions.Follow procedures and guideline as defined by the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and the Master Cleaning ScheduleDouble H offers competitive pay and benefitsMonday-Friday 11:00pm-7:30am
