We offer:A great place to work with a friendly team of employeesCompetitive pay with the opportunity to work overtimeA benefits package that includes company medical contribution towards the Health Savings AccountDental & Vision insuranceLife insurance as well as short- & long-term disabilityAll full-time employees are eligible the first of month following 30 days of employmentA 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with matchJob Location: 6201 South 129th East Ave. Broken Arrow, OK 74012Duties and Responsibilities:Set up machinery.Perform basic maintenance on machinery.Support other machine centers within the department on a rotation basis or as needed.Observe production and monitor equipment to maintain quality standards and ensure safe and efficient operation.Dislodge and clear jammed materials or other items from machinery and equipment.Communicate with material handlers and production leads when materials are needed or are ready to move.Perform housekeeping and maintenance tasks to keep tools, equipment, and work stations cleaned, organized, and safe.Comply with company operating procedures, safety policies, OSHA guidelines and established performance standards.QualificationsHigh School/or GEDBasic math skills (add/subtract/multiply/divide, read a measuring tape, calipers, digital indicators)Self-starterBasic computer knowledge/skillsProblem solver/decision making skillsStrong communication skillsDetail orientedPhysical Demands:The physical demands described below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
