Machine Operator
Location: Holbrook, MA
Pay: $21
Time: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM-2:00 PM

Aerotek is seeking experienced Machine Operators to support production operations within a growing flexible packaging manufacturing facility. This position involves operating converting and production equipment, monitoring machine performance, performing quality inspections, and ensuring production goals are met safely and efficiently. * Operate and monitor converting, cutting, and production equipment used in the manufacturing process
* Load raw materials into machines according to production schedules and work orders
* Troubleshoot basic machine issues and communicate larger equipment problems to maintenance or supervision
* Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet customer specifications and company standards
* Weigh, package, box, and prepare finished products for shipment or further processing
* Accurately document production counts, weights, and other required production data
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
* Work with production teams to consistently meet daily output and quality goals
Qualifications
* Minimum 1 year of machine operating experience in a manufacturing or production environment
* Experience operating, loading, monitoring, or troubleshooting production equipment
* Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout an entire shift
* Ability to lift up to 35-50 lbs as needed
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
* Ability to read and follow work orders, production instructions, and safety procedures
* Basic math skills for weighing, counting, and documenting production information
* Reliable attendance and strong work ethic in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
