This position is responsible for ensuring machines are running properly and efficiently during production.Available Shifts & Pay Rates1st Shift: Monday – Friday | 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM | $19.00/hr2nd Shift: Monday – Friday | 1:15 PM – 9:30 PM | $19.75/hr3rd Shift: Sunday – Thursday | 9:15 PM – 5:30 AM | $20.00/hr ($1.00 pay increase once certification is completed)Job ResponsibilitiesMonitor machines to ensure proper operation during productionFollow a daily machine checklistEnsure hoppers are filled with correct componentsClean sensors regularly to maintain quality standardsVerify cameras are properly set to identify and reject bad partsEnsure parts move through the machine without issuesPerform basic data entry as requiredSupport general production and labor tasksDesired Skills & ExperienceMachine Operator experience preferredProduction or manufacturing experienceGeneral labor backgroundBasic data entry skillsAttention to detail and qualityPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand and walk for the entire shiftFrequent stooping, grasping, and use of hands throughout the dayAbility to work in a fast-paced production environment
