Press OperatorWe are seeking experienced Press Operators to join our manufacturing team in Avon. We are hiring multiple individuals with experience running various machines; will be learning to operate metal stamping presses. Looking for candidates who have a strong work history, machine operation experience, and a commitment to quality and safety.Schedule: Summer Hours (Through August 15)Monday – Friday6:30 PM – 5:00 AMApproximately 50 hours per weekRegular 2nd Shift (Beginning After August 15)Monday – Friday3:30 PM – 12:00 AM or 3:30 PM – 2:00 AMResponsibilitiesSet up and operate metal stamping presses.Work with transfer dies to produce quality parts.Monitor machine operation and production output.Perform quality inspections and measurements of finished parts.Troubleshoot minor machine and tooling issues.Follow production schedules and work instructions.Maintain a clean and safe work environment.Adhere to all company safety and quality standards.QualificationsPrevious experience operating metal stamping presses required.Experience working with transfer dies strongly preferred.Machine operation experience required.Ability to read and follow work instructions.Strong attention to detail and quality.Reliable attendance and dependable work history.Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.What We're Looking ForOperators who have proven manufacturing experience and a stable work history.Individuals who understand production goals and quality expectations.Team members who can work independently and safely.Candidates who take pride in producing quality parts and maintaining productivity.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periods.Ability to lift and move materials as needed.Comfortable working around manufacturing equipment and machinery.Ability to work overtime when required.
