AEROTEK IS HIRING FOR MACHINE OPERATOR
Machine Operator | 1st & 2nd Shift | $18/hr+ | Overtime Available
Join a fast-paced manufacturing team as a Machine Operator ! You'll operate production machinery, perform quality inspections, load/unload materials, and help maintain production goals while following safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate and monitor production machines
* Load/unload parts and adjust machine settings
* Inspect parts using gauges and measuring tools
* Complete production and quality documentation
* Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning
* Follow work instructions, specifications, and safety procedures
* Support continuous improvement and kaizen projects
Requirements:
* 1+ year manufacturing or machine operation experience
* Experience with machine tending, assembly, or production work
* Ability to lift 35-50 lbs
* Knowledge of machine setup and operation
* Experience using measuring instruments and gauges
* Stamping press experience is a plus
* Reliable transportation
* Ability to comply with company policies and procedures

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Attleboro, MA. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
