Machine OperatorWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our 1st shift production team. This role involves operating various machinery. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and ready to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:Operate machinery in a safe and efficient manner according to company standardsPerform start-up, shut-down, and regular operational checks on equipmentFollow all process and safety instructions related to melting and casting metalsHandle molten material using appropriate tools and safety gearPour metal into molds accurately and safelyMonitor temperature, flow, and timing to ensure consistent casting qualityInspect finished parts for accuracy and quality compliancePerform basic maintenance and cleaning on machines and equipmentMaintain a clean, organized, and safe workspaceComplete necessary production documentation and reportingWork effectively with team members and leadership to meet production goalsCompensation: Pay will be offered based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications.Benefits: We offer comprehensive benefits to include health, and an incentive recognition bonus (all benefits are based on eligibility).Skills & Qualifications:Previous machine operating experience preferredExperience in metals and casting a strong plusHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredAbility to follow detailed instructions and standard operating proceduresStrong attention to safety, detail, and qualityAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periodsBasic math and measurement skillsComfortable working in high-heat environments with proper PPEWillingness to learn and cross-train in other departments as neededMust be reliable, punctual, and a team playerApply Today Ready to build your career in a hands-on manufacturing role?
