This role includes troubleshooting minor equipment issues, monitoring system performance, and supporting safe, accurate, and timely operations in a fast-paced environment.Duties / ResponsibilitiesOperate layer pick equipment for stacking and destacking processesMonitor product flow to and from automated systems to maintain throughputTroubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical or operational issuesEscalate complex equipment or system issues to supervisors or maintenanceReport product damage, system errors, and data discrepanciesMaintain compliance with all safety policies, including OSHA standardsEnsure work area is clean, organized, and free of hazardsUnderstand equipment sensors and system functionalityAssist with other warehouse duties as neededCommunicate effectively with supervisors and team membersIdentify and report opportunities for process improvementRequired Skills / AbilitiesBasic knowledge of warehouse operations and material handling systemsStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsAbility to follow procedures and safety guidelines consistentlyAttention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environmentEffective communication and teamwork skillsBasic to moderate computer proficiency (WMS, RF systems, or similar)Ability to adapt to changing operational demandsEducation / ExperienceHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredAssociate degree or technical training preferredMinimum of 2+ years of experience in a warehouse or related fieldExperience with automated systems or storage warehouses preferredPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 lbsAbility to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periodsAbility to work in cold/freezer environmentsMust be in good physical condition to perform essential job functionsWho we are looking for: We are seeking motivated and forward-thinking individuals who thrive in collaborative and fast-moving environments.
